She will be working on Environmental Biotechnology. Neha is pursuing her Master of Science (M.Sc) in Biotechnology. Her research interest involves environmental biotechnology and resource recovery.

During this internship period, she will work on "Screening of Lipase producing organism from Waste Oil Cakes".

Joel Ponraj from Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Joins the Water Research Group (WRG), Department of Bioengineering, NIT Agartala as an intern, and will be working on Environmental Engineering. Joel is pursuing his Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Biotechnology. His research interest is in environmental engineering.

During this intern period, he will work on "Removal of personal care products from water matrices using micro/nano bubble ozonation: Experimental and computational modelling.

Swagatam Das & Priyadarshi Saha Joins the Water Research Group (WRG), Department of Bioengineering, NIT Agartala, as Ph.D. Research Scholars working on Cellular toxicity of microplastics in lower invertebrates. and effect of emerging micropollutants on microbes and symbionts. They have completed their master's from Tripura Central University.

During this intern period, she will work on "Toxicological analysis of pharmaceutical and personal care products present in Indian Rivers". The quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) between the pollutants and target biomolecules will be explored in this research.
